Cold Brew, Spiked Right

Cold brew coffee isn’t just a morning ritual — especially when it’s made with Dancing Moon Coffee®. Our smooth, bold beans create a cold brew base that’s naturally sweet and never bitter. Add a splash of vanilla or caramel vodka, a swirl of cream, and you’ve got a cocktail that turns any hour into happy hour. Whether it’s a summer evening on the porch or a brunch with friends, this recipe proves that coffee and cocktails are the perfect match.

    Directions

    Cold Brew Coffee (Base):

    - In a large lidded container, combine ground coffee and cold water. Cover and let steep for at least 8 hours or overnight.
    - Line a mesh sieve with a coffee filter and place over a bowl with a spout.
    - Ladle the mixture into the sieve in small amounts, straining out the cold brew. Replace filters as needed.
    - Transfer strained cold brew into jars and refrigerate. (Makes about 5 quarts.)

    Iced Coffee Cocktail:

    - Fill a glass with ice.
    - Add 4 oz cold brew, 1 1/2 oz flavored vodka, and 1 tbsp cream.
    - Stir gently and enjoy your velvety iced coffee cocktail!

For extra indulgence, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top — it melts into the cocktail like a grown-up float.
