    Ingredients

    - 6 oz freshly brewed coffee (frozen into 6 one-ounce cubes)
    - 4 tsp cocoa powder
    - 6 oz milk, warmed
    - Optional: whipped cream for topping

    Directions

    - Brew your coffee (Chemex® or drip works beautifully). Allow it to cool slightly and pour into an ice cube tray — at least six 1-ounce cubes. Freeze until solid (overnight is best).
    - Add cocoa powder to the bottom of your glass.
    - Warm 2 oz of milk and pour into the glass, stirring until the cocoa is fully dissolved.
    - Add your frozen coffee cubes (about 6 cubes = 6 oz coffee). Adjust to taste for more or less coffee flavor.
    - Pour in the remaining warm milk and stir gently. The heat will slowly melt the coffee cubes, releasing rich coffee flavor into your mocha.
    - Top with whipped cream if you wish, and enjoy a chocolatey, café-worthy refresher.
